Depending on the volume of orders, product availability and current promotions, some orders may take a little longer than usual to fulfill, but we will try to get it to you as soon as possible. Most of our products are immediately available in stock.

The courier delivers on working days until 17:00. The courier may ask to present an identity document.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be accepted on the first business day.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and you want to return them, exchange them or the goods you ordered have not been delivered, please contact us by e-mail - info@amia.lv

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending them by mail to the address indicated below. The goods must be unused and undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective films have not been torn off, etc.) and must not have been used. The product must be returned in the original packaging, in the same package as the buyer received, and a printed order confirmation must be attached to the shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is not complete, damaged, dirty or not properly packed, we have the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it or not to refund the money paid by the buyer for the product.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the article on the transfer of the risk of loss or damage to the consumer in cases where the seller sends the goods to the buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when he or a person other than the carrier accepts the goods. If the goods are delivered to a carrier chosen by the buyer and the seller has not offered such delivery, the risk provided for in this article passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

According to the regulations approved by the Republic of Latvia, the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
  • packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Perishable goods of inappropriate quality or quality goods that do not like their shape, size, color, model or package are replaced or returned in accordance with the regulations approved by the Republic of Latvia and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of perishable goods and such food and beverages have a short shelf life, including those that must be stored in the refrigerator at the temperature specified by the manufacturer, you must contact us no later than 72 hours after delivery of the goods. When submitting a quality complaint, you must send a photo of the defective product.

If you notify us later about the specified deadline and/or do not submit a photo of the product, we do not undertake to resolve the complaint in favor of the buyer.

Money for returned, undelivered or low-quality goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for purchases, no later than 5 working days from the moment of submitting the complaint. If you paid in cash, you must provide your bank account number.
